Apple Picking At Liberty
Join us for one of our favorite events of the semester - apple picking at Liberty Orchard!
After selecting the best that the orchard has to offer, we’ll come back to the Biermann home to make gourmet caramel apples complete with all the fixings. A bonfire, food, and games will round out the day.
The Trinity bus leaves from my house at 3:00 pm, so if you plan on riding with us, aim to arrive between 2:45-3:00 - or meet us at the orchard around 3:20ish! Can’t make it to the orchard? No problem! Just come by the house anytime after 4:15 to join us for food, fire, fellowship, and a Kubb match or two. As always, bring a friend and come enjoy the start of the fall season with your friends at LCMS-U.

Call to Arms
Paintball - an event so fun we have to do it again!! We will be leaving from the Biermanns at 1pm - come a few minutes early to get your stuff all set to go on the bus. After playing for a few hours, we’ll come back for Pizza and Bible Study around the fire.
No skills or past experience with paintball is required! Just come ready to get a bit dirty (bringing an extra change of clothes to change into afterwards might not be a bad idea). It’s a lot of fun - grab a friend and join us!

Labor Day Bonfire!
With Labor Day limiting hours for on campus events, we’re taking our regularly scheduled Bible class on the road. Like every LCMS-Event, this is a “come one, come all” college-20s event so either bring a friend or bring yourself to the Biermann’s place for a few hours of food and fellowship.

Back to School Bonfire!
Classes start on the 18th, so let’s get the school year off to a great start by igniting the cauldron and enjoying a time of fellowship. Like every LCMS-Event, this is a “come one, come all” college-20s event so either bring a friend or bring yourself to the Biermann’s place for a few hours of food and fellowship.
Hot dogs and s’mores are on the menu, along with Kubb and card games. This will also be a great time to pick up your LCMS-U@SIUE merch for 25-26 before the rest of campus gets their hands on it during the event and organization fair in the MUC.
For those of you who might be new to SIUE or new to LCMS-U, I know that stepping out into a new group can be a challenge, so to say “thank-you” for coming we’ll have a special gift for all newcomers.
